How do I start a return and exchange ?

To initiate an exchange or return, please email with your order number, and state the item you wish to exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

What's the exchange policy?

If you request an item for exchange, your items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once we confirm this via email. Once you have submitted your exchange request, you have 7 days to ship back your item(s). Please note that items may only be exchanged once. If your requested items are no longer in stock, you may opt for either a refund or store credit.

What's the return policy?

If you are not vibing with the OTRWHR pieces, you may choose to return them for a full refund. Once you have submitted your refund request, you have 7 days to ship back your item(s). You may opt for a refund or store credit.

Please note:
We will only accept items that are new and unworn. If returned item(s) shows any signs of wear or damage beyond (reasonable) repair, OTRWHR reserve the rights to reject the refund. The item will be sent back to you at a re-delivery fee of $8, to be borne by the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.

How Long is a refund and exchange take to process? 

Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 5 - 7 business days for our team to process it.
