How do I know my size?

Are my products refundable?

Yes you may refund or exchange your products if they don't fit. You may refer to our policy right here

What are the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is at $6 flat rate islandwide, and free of charge for orders above $200.

When will my order ship & how long does it take?

We typically take 2-3 business days. Once your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Trust us - it's worth the wait.

Do you ship out of Singapore?

Unfortunately we don't at the moment, but do reach out to us at hello@otrwhr.com if you are interested and we can definitely arrange something ;)
